Access Control

Our complete access control system makes sure that legitimate ticketholders get into your event quickly. Each ticket generated by Efficient Tickets has a bar code and Ticket ID number, which is used to verify the ticket’s validity and status. This prevents re-use of a ticket and tracks in real time which tickets have been scanned, at what time and which entrance was used (by scanning device). Bar codes can be set to allow for in/out access or varying security levels, so one ticket can be used to access both the venue and a separate VIP area.

For smaller events or if you choose not to use bar code scanners, you can print a Check-in sheet or use the online Check-in screen to track attendance.
